We collect only the minimum data strictly necessary to ensure child safety, medical preparedness, and statutory volunteer coordination. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or transmit personal data to private businesses under any circumstances. All membership fees and dues are fully reinvested in the association's public interest missions.

Civic Volunteer Onboarding: Full name, telephone number, email, and athletic/pedagogical experience to assign volunteer roles and organize PSC1 certification.
Holiday Camp Pre-Enrollment: Child name, age, guardian contact information, and medical allergies for emergency health management during residential stays.
Secretariat Inquiries: Name and email coordinates required to provide administrative responses.

3. Legal Basis for Processing & Consent

Personal data is processed pursuant to Article 6 of GDPR on the basis of: (a) the explicit consent of the user or legal guardian submitting the form; (b) the performance of statutory public utility missions; or (c) legal obligations regarding child protection and sports insurance under the French Code du Sport.

4. Data Retention Periods & Security Measures

Personal data submitted via intake forms is preserved only for the duration necessary to accomplish the civic purpose:

Volunteer applications: Retained for the duration of the civic mandate, then archived or purged after 24 months of inactivity.
Camp health sheets: Securely archived for the duration of the season and subsequent regulatory retention mandates, after which they are destroyed.

All electronic records are encrypted and hosted on secured servers. Physical paper dossiers are stored in locked archives within the Hôtel du Département in Bobigny.

5. Your Statutory Rights (Access, Rectification, Erasure)

Pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you hold the unconditional right to access, rectify, or request the erasure of your personal data at any time. You may also object to processing or request data portability.
